As Much As :
It is an expression which is used to show that two nouns have the same amount of something. It is used with non- count Nouns.
For example:
1: Karachi has so much traffic.
2: Peshawar has so much traffic.
=> Peshawar has as much traffic as Karachi.
3:she has as much money as her brother has.
As Many As:
It is an expression which is used to show that two nouns have the same number of something. It is used with count nouns
For example:
1: Karachi has as many Park as Peshawar.
2: Ali has as many friends as Bilal has.
3:There is as many books as in library has.
4:Sana has as many dresses as Sara has .
